Quick and Complimentary Domestic US Shipping Our US-based warehouses swiftly process and ship orders within the United States once they are verified. Typically, order processing and shipping may take up to 48 hours on business days (Monday – Friday).

Our goal is to dispatch your order from our facility within 1-2 business days. However, please be aware that during peak seasons or sales events, it may take a bit longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the United States to take 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or limited edition product launches.

Customs Information Any applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any customs fees in your country, customs processing times, or any inaccuracies in shipping information provided. You can expect to receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after placing your order.

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery possible. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking codes to monitor each shipment's progress.

Lost Packages We cannot be held responsible for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates successful shipment, and the address provided during checkout matches the destination address, we are not liable for any package that has gone missing.
